Theodore founded Real Estate Partners California (REPCA) and Theodore L Henry Construction in 2005. REPCA’s goal is to generate high yield ROI to REPCA and its investors by share leveraging the combined experience of the REPCA team in acquiring single and multiple family real property, refurbishing the property, then marketing the turn key property to the retail real estate and investor markets.

Theodore is a licensed Real Estate Broker (918375), state of California, and a B1 General Building Contractor (855751) state of California; he earned his bachelor’s degree from California State University, Northridge, California; his MBA, Finance and Technology Management, from California Lutheran University, Thousand Oaks, California; and completed post graduate studies at UCLA School of Engineering. Theodore served in the United States Marine Corp Air Wing, CH-53 helicopters, avionics and navigation flight crew. He lives with his wife and business partner, Karen Henry, in Wood Ranch Simi Valley, Ca. Theodore’s professional experience also includes: domestic and international executive business development and marketing management positions with Northrop Grumman, AT&T Broadband, Times Mirror Corporation, and Cycle Sat-Winnebago Corp.
Karen Henry has been a California Realtor since 1994 specializing in equestrian and luxury estate residential property sales for Sotheby’s, Calabasas, California; Keller Williams Realty, Calabasas; California, and Dilbeck Realty, Woodland Hills, California. Karen is a comparable market analysis (CMA) expert working with banks, private lenders, and high net worth individuals for over twenty five years. Karen earned her degree in communications from Pierce College, Woodland Hills, Ca.
